An upscale penthouse that sits on the third floor and boasts an entire wall of windows which naturally frame the lush views. An ample terrace with a comfortable hammock and a cozy outdoor sala presents an optimal vantage point from which to savor great vistas and enjoy a peaceful siesta Playa’s enviable warm weather climate. A winding staircase ascends to your own private rooftop where all you can hear are the cheerful songs of the local wildlife in the nearby towering palms. The rooftop has a shaded comfortable sala and 2 loungers, all in a discreet setting. This stunning property features 3 pools at the ground floor, and an impressive infinity pool at the roof top, 2 communal hot tubs (one at the ground floor and one at the roof top), a sky lounge with reclining loungers overlooking the immaculately manicured green spaces of Playacar. The rooftop is an adults only area.
Other Details to Note
By staying with us you have acces to The Reef Beach Club (located in Playacar) to use its facilities for free. You can use the pools, gym, and access to the beach. Due to the pandemic, The Reef limited the number of guests that can be inside the beach club at the same time. We sugest to arrive early to The Reef during high season to make sure you enter without a problem.

Located within a secure, gated community, Bamoa is walking distance to restaurants, pubs, pizza places, bakeries, convenience, liquor and grocery stores. In front of the property is a scenic, 6km biking trail/walking path which encircles this peaceful paradise known as Playacar. A 20 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride takes you to the to the access to the beach or the exuberant 5th Avenue. This most famous cobblestone street in the country, is lined with succulent eateries serving international and traditional Mexican cuisine, top-notch dive centers, night clubs, intimate live music venues, galleries, boutique stores and artisan shops.

You can walk or cycle the trail that goes around Playacar. The beach and the famous 5th avenue are aproximately a 20 minute walk from the property.
